5 Minute Sequence for BJJ Low Back Pain

If you have low back pain from training BJJ I share 5 exercises you can use to bring more confidence to your body!


We start by softening our psoas and connecting to breathing through our diaphragm.


This helps to decompress our lumbar discs of the lower back, which will help relieve nerve sensitivity or chronic pain.





We then move into core stabilization exercises that syncs this breathing rhythm with actively engaging our core muscles.


This helps to support the low back and allow us to attack our daily activities with vitality and vigor!
