This BJJ neck strengthening exercise is more advanced than some of the neck stability work we've done previously.
There is a lot of strength and core activation, along with proper alignment that goes into performing a SAFE headstand that builds your body up, rather than tearing it down.
Having some neck pain you would think this would maybe compress and exacerbate pain/symptoms but headstand actually create space through the pushing away you have to use.
If you don't push away properly it's almost impossible to hold the position, leaving you to roll out of it! Add this to your routine and be sure to ask me any questions!!!
