Conquer BJJ Low Back Pain w/ This Reverse Hyper Variation

BJJ low back pain can be debilitating for not only your training but in your daily life!


Much of time forward flexion and crouched postures exacerbate the pain triggers. Sadly daily life and the nature of the sport makes this posture more common than it should be.


As such, those with low back pain benefit from doing extension based exercises for the lumbar spine.


Here I share a variation drawn from the great Paul Chek!
